Alaska Airlines had a solid reputation for better food and service on their flights. So for those less fortunate folks flying with other carriers, we thought of the idea of including a coupon for money off Pepto-Bismol. We weren’t sure how Procter & Gamble would react to our idea, but they loved it. They provided us the barcode and information needed to create our own Pepto coupon. P&G even had some poor guy in a giant Pepto-Bismol costume handing out samples with a mini version of our ad at the airport.
